New home, new Sub-Zero: who to call first in Lone Tree
In a house closed in the last few years, the refrigerator is often still under Sub-Zero’s warranty, and some faults belong to the builder. Sort that out first and you may owe nobody anything.

Is yours still covered?
In a new home the builder usually installed the refrigerator, so your clock likely started before closing.

What Our Customers Say
Our Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped cooling properly just before a major holiday gathering. The technician arrived the same day, quickly diagnosed a compressor issue, and had everything working perfectly within hours. Professional service that saved our celebration.
- Jennifer M., Lone Tree
After another company quoted an outrageous price for repairs, I contacted this team for a second opinion. They provided honest assessment, reasonable pricing, and excellent work. My wine refrigerator now maintains perfect temperature control. Highly recommended for anyone needing Sub-Zero service.
- Robert K., Highlands Ranch
The ice maker in our Sub-Zero had been problematic for months. Previous repair attempts failed to solve the issue. This company's technician took time to properly diagnose the root cause and implemented a permanent solution. Finally enjoying reliable ice production again.
- Patricia L., Castle Rock

Our older Sub-Zero developed a water leak that we feared would require replacement. The repair specialist identified worn door seals and a clogged drain as the culprits. Affordable repairs saved us thousands compared to buying new. Grateful for their expertise and honest service.
- Susan R., Centennial

Questions from new owners
Does using an independent technician void the Sub-Zero warranty?
During the first 2 years, covered repairs are free only through Sub-Zero's own service, so paying anyone else, us included, makes no sense. Sub-Zero's terms also exclude damage caused by improper service or repair. Outside those years and the sealed system, choosing the technician is up to you.
The builder points to Sub-Zero and Sub-Zero points to the installation. What now?
Get each answer in writing, with dates. If it is still stuck, our $89 visit can settle what is actually wrong: we show you the fault and explain whether it sits in the refrigerator or in how it was put in, which is the question both sides are arguing about.
Do you work on a Sub-Zero once its warranty has ended?
Yes, that is exactly where we fit: fans, sensors, control boards, gaskets, hinges, defrost parts and sealed-system repairs on built-in, integrated and undercounter models. You get the price before any work starts, and the $89 visit is credited when you go ahead.
What details should I have ready before calling anyone?
The model and serial, which sit on a rating plate inside the cabinet (your use and care guide shows exactly where), and the installation date. Sub-Zero asks for those, plus the selling dealer, before any warranty claim. We use the same numbers to order the right part the first time.
