Why a repair site talks about warranties
RidgeGate alone plans about 1,900 homes, and every new kitchen comes with a new warranty. The cheapest repair is the one Sub-Zero or your builder pays for, so we explain that first and repair what is left.
What we are, and what we are not
- We repair built-in, integrated and undercounter Sub-Zero units once the warranty no longer applies.
- We are not part of Sub-Zero’s service network, and we do not do warranty repairs.
- We do not sell appliances.
How we price
The $89 visit covers the trip and the diagnosis. You hear the repair price before anything is done, and the visit fee is credited if you go ahead. The ranges on our repair page are ranges, never quotes.
